Before we get too much further into 2017, I would like to take a brief moment to reflect on my favorite purchases of the past year.
Well, 2015 saw an all-new low in terms of blog activity, but I wanted to take a brief moment to highlight the purchases I was most pleased with over the past year.
I wanted to take a brief moment to acknowledge the purchases that I was most pleased with this year, particularly since I haven’t gotten around to reviewing any of them.
I’m rather embarrassed by my lack of activity this year, having pushed out a paltry two reviews, which means this post will have to stand in as a set of mini-reviews until I get around to something more formal. The list below represents my personal selection of my five favorite purchases of 2013. The usual year-end financial report will follow tomorrow.
With the trees behind my house currently showing off a lovely variety of autumn colors, it seemed a shame not to take at least a few photos. I started off with Alter’s Momohime since I’m currently working on material for her review, but I soon realized that there was no figure in my collection more appropriate to complement the fall foliage than Volks’ Horo.

The Wonder Festival 2010 [Summer] event, or WF2010S for short, was held today in Japan. Like the Winter session held in February, this event represents a major trade show for the figure hobby industry and, as such, showcased many new products from the various manufacturers.
